Variety of places buy and sell Silver and Gold coins. Money exchange like Vancouver Bullion Exchange, buy and sell Bullions. Pawnshops, Coin Shops, Antique Stores, Hobby and Stamp shops also sell bullions but they tend to sell at high prices over spot.

Market price of Silver and Gold is referred to as a “SPOT”. Buying over or under “spot” means buying at a higher or lower price than the market price.
It is easy to check the price; it is published in all major financial papers, media, and internet.  
Do not be fooled by your local Coin Shop trying to sell you something at twice the price, happens quiet often. Shop around.
